introducing our new live streamed classes

We are thrilled to announce the official start date of August 11th for our new Live Streamed classes led by fascia lover Jessica Lichaa. These classes will be streamed live through Zoom, and are free to members. If you miss the live class, don’t worry, we will post the recording in our members On-Demand library. We cannot wait to share with you new ways of being in your body and engaging your awareness in ways that promote presence, ease, well-being, and vitality!

I would like to introduce you to our new classes and share a bit more about what to expect in each of them!

Sundays FASCIA RELEASE + BREATH-WORK

at 8:30 AM Pacific Standard Time (75 minutes)

In this class you will dive into your body’s inner space, awakening a new sense of freedom and systemic coherence. Supporting a release of tension and holding patterns in the body, that inform rigid ways of perceiving your experience and inhibit the flow of well-being within. Fascia Awakening is a sophisticated framework that has the capacity to “awaken” your body’s cellular intelligence into a higher form of functionality and present moment consciousness. This practice of Fascia Release is at the foundation. As we release the tissues from their holding patterns, the body starts to communicate a sense of safety to the brain, so then the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) can shift out of Fight-Flight (Sympathetic), Freeze (Dorsal Vagal) states of being. This increases vagal tone and supports a more malleable nervous system, where neuroplasticity is more readily available. Many healing frameworks are missing out on this piece, so for those who are engaging in other healing frameworks, Fascia Release has the potential to elevate your experience with your other practices, supporting deeper integration of healing.

Additionally, we are clearing the holding in the fascia system that fuels a disconnection between your body’s cellular intelligence. So when the fascia is free communication can flow with more ease throughout all parts of the body, to the brain.

This class will use Yoga Tuneup balls to support deeper release.

fascia awakening vinyasa at 9:00 am pacific standard time (60 minutes)

Fascia Awakening Vinyasa is an evolved yoga practice designed to nourish your sentience by awakening your ability to sense, feel, and receive from your higher wisdom and heart intelligence. Expect to move in new ways that awaken vitality, foster body-wide connectivity, and deepen your connection with Self.

In Fascia Awakening Yoga, we activate our body’s endpoints to stimulate the body's healing mechanisms and bring your inner cellular intelligence online. This practice reaches deep into the nucleus of your cells, sending new signals to your mitochondria, which are responsible for energy production. When the mitochondria are activated, the Spirit of your being awakens, and old energy can be regulated out of your system.

This class supports vagal tone by clearing the pathways from body to brain via the vagus nerve, and awakens a new sense of clarity in both mind and body. Get ready to experience a new felt sense of being human and expand your understanding of what it means to be human.

Blocks will be used in these classes.

thursdays fascia Awakening + meditation at 3:30 pm pacific standard time (60 minutes)

In this class, we will work with the body in loving ways that activate a resonance of self-compassion within your neurobiology. We will engage in practices that support the release of stress, tension, and overwhelm from your nervous system. These practices will create a new sense of resonance within your body’s consciousness.

In the last 20 minutes of class, we will explore meditation. Meditation can often be challenging due to a dysregulated nervous system. In this practice, we work with the nervous system to regulate it, allowing you to fully bask in the goodness of meditation.

Additionally, there will be a short dharma talk to provide intentionality while engaging in the practices offered.
